HOW TO ORDER

Step 1:

Fill up order form or email us at rococoshawl@gmail.com

All orders are open from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Any orders after 12:00 AM will be reply on the next morning (:


Step 2:

Next step will be sent to you. Rococo will email you/text sms our acc number and total of your purchase. 


Step 3:

Once you already make your payment. 
Please send us your PRINT SCREEN/PAYMENT RECEIPT PICTURE as payment proof whether through online banking, cash deposit or bank counter to rococoshawl@gmail.com









Also not to forget to write your name and phone number

Your failure to do this step can cause delay on your parcel and balance payment.


Step 4:

We will send you an email as confirmation after you send us the PRINT SCREEN and reply your tracking number through email or your phone number or on rococoshop.blogspot.com

We only accept returns for broken or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and us. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
